RIDE COMPACT 2027

The Compact is RIDE's women's beginner board, and it is well thought out. Directional, with a long rockered nose and a soft flex that forgives the mistakes you make while you learn.

Being directional matters more than it sounds when you are starting: the board wants to go forwards, turns start on their own and the long nose floats as soon as the snow softens. You don't have to fight it to get what you expect.

The base is extruded. Slightly slower than a sintered one, but far more durable and it barely needs waxing, which is the sensible choice for a first board. Slimewalls and Roll-In construction round it off.
