The Element is the board that launched the brand Arbor. Over the years, it has been their cornerstone: evolving with the times to remain the perfect all-mountain design. The Element is all about super clean, highly reliable performance and a focus on craftsmanship. This quintessential board speaks to Arbor's core mission and is sure to remain a classic for years to come.
The Element is designed for intermediate to advanced riders who want one board to rip in different conditions and terrain. Whether its fresh powder, groomers or a slushy slope in the afternoon.
The Element features the Mountain Twin Shape, a shape with switch riding advantages of a twin snowboard with just that little extra float in the fluffy stuff. Arbor's Grip Tech adds contact points for best edge hold even in icy conditions.
The camber profile consists of only one positive preload from nose to tail. This classic profile offers high stability, good edge control and a lot of pop.
The medium flex of the Element is perfect for high speed and technical riding while remaining flexible enough for advanced freestyle moves.
The Highland II Core is a lighter, more responsive version of our FSC Certified Highland Core known for highly reliable return and long-lasting durability. A newly developed screening process has allowed Arbor to hand select the very lightest and highest quality paulownia from their sourcing partners. Arbos’s Mixed Glassing is a triax over biax lay–up that’s best for versatility: pow, backcountry, groomers, jumps, and more. A 360–degree, fully wrapped sidewall that eliminates the need for tip fill, while effectively tying the whole snowboard together. A technology that delivers incredibly tight tolerances for improved board life and durability. The topsheet is made from sustainably sourced ash wood and is called Ash Power Ply construction. The natural grain creates the style Arbor has been known for since they launched twenty years ago. This technology does not only look good but also improves the strength, durability, and return of a snowboard. The new, sintered CrossLink Base is a mid-density material that demonstrates increased speed and durability while maintaining the ease of repair.
