Burton's StepOn binding has once again revolutionized the snowboarding world. No other bindings allow you to “strap in” so fast. Now Burton did go a step further and launched a new model, the StepOn X, which uses carbon for a more aggressive feel and more response.

Highback

The one-piece highback of the new StepOn X is made of a 50:50 carbon/nylon composite and ensures absolutely precise power transmission and maximum response. With the FLAD™ system you can adjust your forward lean in seconds without tools.

Baseplate

Re:Flex™ offers more flex and board feel than traditional disc bindings. The minimised, cored baseplate reduces weight and expands the cushioning potential. The Single-Component Baseplate creates a consistent response and feel for all-terrain domination. The 50:50 carbon/nylon composite blend used for the StepOn X is more responsive than the StepOn Baseplate. Re:Flex™ FullBED Cushioning System offers a full coverage, cushioned platform that maximises comfort while minimising fatigue. Anchored to the baseplate, its stealth trap door design makes it easy to access the mounting hardware.
